Best of 2019

With being on lockdown I have made time to write my Best of 2019 Post. Last year was a great year, my son who is 26, lives in Miami, has been competing in Marathons and has decided to take on the challenge of the Marathon des Sable, and my daughter now 27 has been accepted to become a Pharmacist Officer in the Army Medical Corps. I photographed lots of wedding with great couples and fun guests. I attended a wedding course in London and met lots of new tog friends from all over the world who have the same passion for shooting weddings as I do.

Often I am asked why shoot weddings, well I just love my clients, and it is alway a pleasure to shoot each and every wedding, each one is different and I love the challenge of producing the best photos for my couple to remember their day.

I visited a couple of my favourite venues near where I live, the unique setting of  Matfen Hall, country styled Vallum Farm, and historic Healey Barns and a new one to me was the magical Brinkburn Priory

So, that's it, Decade over and now into the 2020's, I have already shot my first wedding on the eve of Storm Ciara, where the party was in full swing that no one wanted to leave, but everyone was safely out  before the Storm hit and the marquee was a different shape the following day, somewhat flattened!.  Like everyone  I am looking forward to the lock down being lifted and to shooting some great weddings, let the fun begin.
